Dear Bryan, Regarding the sale of our property you handled for us in We have had several real estate transactions in the past, so we have a good idea of what services most real estate agents perform, and you did MORE than we expected. In addition to handling the sale, you volunteered to meet all the inspectors. You charged a lower fee than most agents, and many agents who charge 3% for the listing side are not willing to do that. In good markets, some real estate agents don’t co-operate with other agents as well as they should, possibly because they sometimes hope to get the whole commission themselves. Dear Bryan, We had wondered what kind of service we could expect from a broker working for much less than other agents, but, being greedy and inherently cheap, we figured we'd give it a shot and take our lumps when it came time to list our Providence Ranch home. A couple months later, we're happy and lumpless and far from the rat race where our biggest concern is trying to keep the deer from eating up everything in the vegetable garden. Despite the crass and shallow reasons for choosing you as our listing agent and broker, it was the best choice we could have made at any price. Your attention to detail and cheerful willingness to go above and beyond what may normally be expected of an agent made the whole process flow smoothly and with a healthy dollop of good cheer between all parties concerned. Your analysis of our home's market value was right on and we were able to accept an offer only a week after listing the house. Your advice and observations were always relevant and helpful. Most important, you didn't let the ball drop at any time after the offer was accepted. You shepherded the deal all the way through at a time when my wife and I were seldom available to take care of things ourselves. Your consideration and kindnesses were only equaled by your humor and warmth. We can't thank you enough for all your help in making a difficult transition almost enjoyable! There are a lot of people who may still maintain that "you get what you pay for."
